We are constantly told that we need to drink a certain amount of water daily. But how many of us actually hit that goal? I know that for years I have struggled with remembering to drink a glass of water and never truly understood why it was so important.
Two weeks ago I started a new nutrition program called 2B Mindset. And while I am notorious for starting a diet program and then ultimately failing within the first month, this has been slightly different. I have already gone off the beaten path on some things BUT when it came to the mini hydration tracker they provide I have been super on top of it. With drinking the daily recommended dose and having a glass of water before every meal it has helped my portion control which then has ultimately helped me lose 3 pounds so far! It really opened up my eyes to how much water really controls the way our body operates!
Carrying around a daily reminder to stay hydrated is a super helpful way to maintain accountability.
